Requesting A Grant – Lott-Conlon Foundation

Foundation Areas of Interest

The Foundation will consider grant opportunities that fall within its mission to provide supplemental funding for organizations that serve those with physical and developmental disabilities and to improve the quality of life for those individuals served. The foundation may fund capital improvements and/or program specific projects that have been determined by the Lott-Conlon Board of Directors to be a direct benefit to the ability-challenged community.

Eligibility to Apply for a Grant

In order to be considered, potential applicants must be organizations described in section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Step 1

All applicants must, as a first step, submit a preliminary questionnaire by April 15 to the Lott-Conlon Foundation. (Please use the form below as a guide.)

Step 2

AFTER their completed questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed, the Foundation will contact eligible applicants and invite them to submit full proposals. Full grant applications are due no later than June 1st. The Foundation will also notify those that are not invited to apply. Any questions may be addressed to grants@lottconlonfoundation.com

Step 3

Accepted applicants will be notified and offered a time slot for a short 10 – 15 minute project presentation to the board on a date to be determined.

Step 4

If your project is funded by the board, renderings or updates of the project are due by the date one year from application submission. Photos of the project in process and after completion should be submitted.

Step 5

A site visit by the board to view the completed project will be set at a date to be determined.
